Taking the 90 Day Program one step further, the 6 month program keeps you motivated and accountable for a greater commitment to your health. With continued follow up consultations you will learn more about yourself and what it takes to really keep the weight off. Within the 6 months we will transition into a new season together and whether that is summer or winter, our body and mind shifts as the seasons change. Travel and birthdays filled with work stress and anniversaries- all of these events in our life can affect our ability to stay committed to our health.
